Field Application Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Field Application Engineer with strong knowledge in digital video technologies to join our technical team. The engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, implementing solutions, troubleshooting issues, while working closely with the development and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers both locally and internationally, including troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Implement products and support the integration of digital video solutions.
  • Work closely with development and sales teams to ensure customers’ needs are met.
  • Create technical documentation, guides, and solutions for customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role – technical support, integration, or application engineering.
  • Experience and knowledge in digital video technologies – a significant advantage.
  • High-level English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading) – a must.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in real time.
  • Experience with communication protocols and APIs – an advantage.
